As a licensed Continuing Care Community The Stratford assures each resident of continuous, comprehensive health care assistance. The Stratford's monthly fees provide a full range of wellness and health care services.
The Stratford is a distinctive condominium community licensed in each residence for both Independent and Assisted Living. This provides the option of recuperation whether in an individual condominium or in a private room in our Laurel Wing.
While your own physician remains at the center of your medical care through your Medicare A and B and Medigap insurance, our medical director and on-site registered nurse are available for consultation. Should it ever become necessary, The Stratford can assist in arranging for all facets of an individuals long term care needs. The plan also manages off-site skilled nursing care and outpatient or acute hospital care.
The Stratford's excellent wellness and health care program includes:
- Full-time on-site Registered Nurse supervising the wellness program and Laurel Wing.
- A healthful lifestyle encouraging health education and fitness opportunities.
- A full program of fitness activities including a year-round covered lap pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, aerobic and cardiac enhancement equipment and classes.
- Podiatrist, masseuse and optician on-call.
- Massage therapy on call
- Special dietary accommodation.
- On-site assisted living in the Laurel Wing, with private Dining Room.
