As a licensed Continuing Care Community, The Stratford provides each resident with continuous, comprehensive health care assistance. The Stratford's monthly fees include a full range of wellness and health care services.

While your own physician remains at the center of your medical care, our Medical Director and on-site Registered Nurse are available for consultation and oversight. Should it ever become necessary, The Stratford can assist in arranging for all facets of an individual's long-term care needs. The plan also manages off-site skilled nursing care and outpatient or acute hospital care when needed.

The Stratford's excellent wellness and health care program includes:

Full-time, on-site Registered Nurse supervising the wellness program
Peace of mind knowing that an RN, CNA or LVN is on site 24 hours a day
A healthy lifestyle encouraging health education and fitness opportunities
A full program of fitness activities including a year-round covered lap pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, aerobic and cardiac enhancement equipment and classes
Podiatrist and optician on-call
Massage therapist on call
Special dietary accommodation
Emergency call systems in place
On-site Assisted Living if needed
